Podcast Guest Policy

By appearing on the podcast, you are agreeing to the following terms:

1. Grant of Rights
The Guest hereby grants to Odyssey to Utopia: Entrepreneurial Journeys, its affiliates, agents, and licensees the right to record, broadcast, and distribute the Guest’s voice, interview, and any likeness recorded during their appearance on the podcast in all media, for any purpose whatsoever, in perpetuity.

2. Use of Material
The Guest agrees that Odyssey to Utopia: Entrepreneurial Journeys may edit, use, and distribute the recording of the Guest’s appearance, in whole or in part, in any manner. The Guest waives any rights of copyright, publicity, or compensation for the use of the recording.

3. No Obligation
Odyssey to Utopia: Entrepreneurial Journeys is under no obligation to publish or broadcast the Guest’s appearance and makes no guarantee of the platform or audience size.

4. Representations and Warranties
The Guest represents and warrants that their participation does not violate any agreements or rights of third parties, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Odyssey to Utopia: Entrepreneurial Journeys against any claims related to their appearance.

5. Miscellaneous
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understanding or agreements. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montana.
